Definition

Class of games where players have exactly opposed interests.

• Must be precisely 2 players
• for all action profiles $a \in A$, $u_1(a) + u_2(a) = c$ for some constant $c$.
• thus, we only need to story a utility function for one player

Special case when $c = 0$ is zero-sum game
